The South East Director of the Nationwide League One, Ebere Amaraizu has reminded all Nationwide League One(NLO) Club sides within South East Geopolitical Zones which is under his responsibility to urgently comply with directives of the Board and Management of Nationwide League One (NLO) and making it priority to hire qualified coaches for their teams.
CSP Amaraizu also stated that the Nationwide League (NLO), Board and Management is bent on enthroning professionalism and decorum in the Nation’s third Tier league which is also regarded as the cradle of Nigeria Football and henceforth, will not tolerate the practice of engagement of unqualified coaches to work with their teams because of its negative consequences on the development of football at the grass roots. He further explained that the league body has also appealed to State Football Associations to assist in ensuring that no unqualified coach is allowed to operate in their state.
CSP Amaraizu in his remarks reminded the Nationwide League One clubs and owners in south East has become necessary as no NLO club side will be registered without presenting the certificate or diploma of their respective coaches and however advised club owners to make use of the opportunity offered by the Nationwide League One towards equipping coaches in the leagues with the new trends coaches through second edition of NLO/Brachial grass root football coaching Clinic which kicks off in all the six geopolitical zones from 1st to 28th February,2022.
