CP Frank Emeka Mba who is currently at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru-Jos, Plateau State, for further research has made another history as the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) recently awards him as a “Fellow” of the Institute.
This additional milestone achievement is well deserved as the name CP Frank Mba rings a bell in the ears of many people within and outside Nigeria due to his status and immense contributions to efficient and effective policing in Nigeria through excellent and formidable public relations skills.
